The NB-100E features four LoRa radio channels operating in the UHF band using spread spectrum techniques. This technique serves various purposes, including enhancing secure communications, boosting resistance to interference, noise, and jamming, preventing detection, restricting power flux density (e.g., in satellite downlinks), and enabling multiple-access communications. The NB-100E is built to provide passive protection, prevent contamination, and mitigate various risks, such as hazardous chemicals and violent assaults.
